We are a husband-and-wife team. This business has become a family affair as it has grown with us as a couple and family.

Anna’s passion has always been in portfolio development and finance and I am a former Marine, so planning and inspections are my forte. Asset management and inspections are my strength while she focuses on capital raising and finding sweet deals. We enjoy the challenge of solving problems and making assets profitable.

We started our investing journey six-years ago in single-family fix and flips and rental portfolio building. During this process we managed to build teams of tradesmen, investors, financial professionals who made us successful and in whom we have full confidence. Our contractors and tradesmen have been with us throughout the journey and have proved that they are committed to the same standards of excellence as we are.

We would like to invite you to invest with us into this exciting multifamily business. Our target markets are in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas but we are open to having conversations about opportunities elsewhere. We love to travel and enjoy the fact we get to travel and meet new partners and investors.
